i really want to get one! ive been to a gym before and used them and found them pretty good for me..
i was just wondering;
how much do they cost
are they actually good for your body
will it help me loose weight + tighten loose skin
and most important
aabout how much does one cost????

I’m not selling anything like the above.
Rowers are great. They help you exercise a lot of muscles and it is easy to get your pulse rate up for aerobic.
The fan kind with a flywheel seems to work the best. I have seen them at stores for less than $ 300.
Look for a comfortable seat and a good seat guide, these are what go bad on most cheap machines.
